Downloading cutted down torrent by remapping ports

Please provide the following information qBittorrent version and Operating System qBittorrent 4. If on linux, libtorrent-rasterbar and Qt version type here What is the problem qBittorrent does not check if the ports are open and does not reopen the ports after router reboot.
