You can also convert any ploppable building to be used as you intend: for example, any ploppable unique building can be made into office space. Roundabout Builder does exactly as it says: automatically places a roundabout wherever you want with a single click.

Sickness can be a massive problem is Cities: Skylines, and bad ones can cause citizens to die in waves. It removes all current sickness from your game. Death waves are actually caused by an unrealistic mechanic where citizens that move into your city are all within the same age range.
