Dell drivers and utilities cd iso download

Dell wont help me and im out of warranty for the sqaud. I have all my drivers cd but the cd reader on computer doesnt work. What can i do? Can you advise? Thanks so much. The OS disc I got for my desktop I guess is a home disc.
